Pre-orders now available through Raspberry Bow Press

Genuine Skagit Cooking will feature over 40 recipes from producers, business owners, and residents around Skagit Valley that highlight the unique agricultural diversity of the region. Readers can expect recipes for a range of dishes for every meal of the day, all utilizing some of the fantastic produce grown right here in the Skagit Valley. Readers will also learn more about Skagit Valley producers and organizations through profiles and photographs. Paired alongside local food photographer Charity Burggraaf’s beautiful photos of recipes and ingredients, Genuine Skagit Cooking will paint a vibrant picture of the region’s agricultural way of life, inviting both locals and others across the country into the kitchen to cook the Skagit way.

Pre-orders are now available for Genuine Skagit Cooking, through local book publisher Raspberry Bow Press of Edison, WA.

Raspberry Bow Press in Edison is currently taking preorders for Genuine Skagit Cooking, which will be available in spring 2024. Raspberry Bow Press is a small family-owned, small-batch press featuring regional books and zines about women, food, and more.  Books are printed, trimmed and bound on-site.

Customers may order for nationwide shipping or local pickup at their new bookstore, Book Shucker in Edison, WA. Customers will be notified of the exact on-sale date once it’s set and will receive shipping/pickup confirmation when orders are ready.
