Crack a cold one with Genuine Skagit Valley’s Forged Steel & Leather Bottle Opener. Because we do homegrown and handmade, the opener is crafted with leather tanned from the black angus of Skiyou Ranch. It is custom made and forged for GSV by blacksmith Silas Maddox of Forge & Nail. Both tanning and blacksmithing are a tribute to time-tested craft and traditions that are centuries-old. Nathan Bishop of Makeneer embosses the GSV Certification Mark using tools both old and new. The rancher, the blacksmith, and the craftsman are all based in Sedro-Woolley, Washington.
Skiyou Ranch is a 4th generation family farm raising Certified Organic, grass-fed beef. Nestled along the Skagit River in Sedro Woolley, WA, the Benson family is dedicated to raising healthy animals in a sustainable environment.
