Broomstick Farm is an organic vegetable and seed farm focused on growing resilient, top-quality garlic and flavorful produce for the greater Puget Sound community of growers, makers, and eaters. Partners Sami Burse, John Bonsted, and Maia Binhammer farm collaboratively in support of an operation that is sustainable (environmentally, financially, and physically) and community-focused. Located in Bow, Broomstick Farm specializes is growing hard-neck and soft-neck garlic for seed and culinary use, hot peppers, sweet peppers, pie pumpkins, allium crops, cucumbers and a few select fresh herbs. Their produce can be found via the Puget Sound Food Hub, Twin Sisters Markets, the Community Food Coop, and on the menu or in the ingredients list of a number of local products and restaurants.
