Grounding In: The Poetry Of Yin Yoga with Jessica Gigot

This three-hour workshop will be an opportunity to reflect and ground in to the fall season and our bodies. We will explore a combination of yin yoga positions and creative reflection with an emphasis on mindful awareness and tending to our joints and connective tissues. Open to all levels, especially those new to the practice of yin yoga. Jessica is the owner of Harmony Fields in Bow.
