Experience the transformative power of your breath with this all-levels class! Join Kat, certified Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator, on the first Saturday of each month to learn accessible breathing techniques designed to support your nervous system, release and reduce stress, clear stagnant energy, and nourish mind, body, and spirit. Each month will focus on a different theme or intention, incorporating a variety of different breathwork practices, so be sure to join us monthly and learn how to harness the power of your breath! Classes consist of 30-40 minutes of breathwork followed by an integration period.
