Forget what you’ve been told and learn to look at fitness from a wider lens of individuality and holistic health.

The first half of this workshop will explore individual authenticity in fitness. You don’t have to do what other people do, say you should do, or want to sell you on. Fitness can be your own unique experience, because the best program is the one you follow through on.

The second half of this workshop focuses on building the broad foundation of a healthy lifestyle that supports overall fitness. Your time in the gym or the studio might be an hour a day, but the rhythms and routines you set in the other 23 hours will determine how your body can recover, adapt, and defend itself from illness.
