Awakening with the Spring Equinox

Join Gina Ebbeling and Kristen Winn for a three-hour equinox workshop as we welcome and embrace the energy of spring. We’ll lay the groundwork for awakening the mind, body and spirit with reflection, walking a labyrinth, planting seeds and sending intentions to the universe.

Our time together will begin in the yoga studio with reflection and intention setting, journaling, and a small group activity. After a short break, we’ll venture out to the Japanese inspired grounds for a facilitated labyrinth walk and ritual, and, last but not least, get our hands dirty planting seeds.* As our time together comes to a close, you may feel a sense of clarity, rejuvenation and lightheartedness that comes with sharing space in community. Bring this experience home with the seeds we planted and cultivate your growing season.

Provided: small flower pots, seeds, paint pens and markers (for decorating your pot) Please bring: journal (and pen), item for the altar, water bottle, sun hat, rain jacket, gardening gloves (if you wish)
