Join Holistic Health Coach & Breathwork Facilitator Kat MacIver for a full-system reset to help you optimize your wellbeing and navigate the change of seasons with ease!

Transitioning from Winter to Spring can be tough on the mind, body, and spirit, yet by taking the time to properly nourish and support ourselves in Spring, we lay a solid foundation that will help to create optimal health and resilience over the remainder of the year. Spring is a pivotal time to prioritize and nurture your whole being, offering a beautiful opportunity to lean into seasonality and begin implementing healthful practices into your life.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to identify signs of imbalance in your system; receive nutritional recommendations and learn how to leverage supportive foods and herbs to support your body’s transition into Spring; explore lifestyle and movement practices to optimize your wellbeing; and experience powerful breathwork practices that will open and awaken your mind, body, and spirit to the new energy of Spring.

Please bring a journal or notebook, pen, and a yoga mat if you have one (if not, props are available at Bow Sanctuary). Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended for our breathwork practice.
