Spring is the season of movement and new growth and April is National Poetry Month. This three-hour workshop will be an opportunity to embrace this new season and cultivate quiet listening through poems and nourishing yin yoga poses that create awareness in body, mind, and spirit. There will be opportunities to write and reflect within the practice. Open to all levels of yoga and writing experience.
