Kimi’s mission is to highlight local farmers and producers through farm dinners and special food events in the beautiful Skagit Valley. She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and has culinary experience ranging from Michelin star restaurants abroad, working as a yacht chef, cooking for outdoor retreats and more. She is also a former Professor of Nutrition for an MSN program in Portland, OR. Kimi’s absolute favorite meal to share is a seafood boil (she is originally from lowcountry South Carolina), and looks forward to taking on food-related projects that highlight our beautiful ingredients.
