Skagit Landing is delighted to partner with its almost next-door neighbor, Chuckanut Brewery for a special Summer Beer Pairing Dinner on Thursday, July 20 ~ 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the Port of Skagit restaurant.
Skagit Landing’s Executive Chef Josie Urbick has curated a delicious menu that features locally sourced ingredients, with beer pairings that complement the flavors of each dish.
“I’m very excited about this collaboration with Chuckanut Brewery,” said Urbick. “I had such fun creating this summer beer pairing dinner menu, and finding the ingredients that would not only showcase the individual beers, but the opportunity it provides to feature the very best of local Skagit Valley producers.”
Chuckanut Brewery founders and craft brewing pioneers, Will and Mari Kemper will be on hand to chat all things beer during the evening, too.
