50th Master Gardener Anniversary at NWREC

50th Master Gardener Anniversary – Regional celebration at WSU-NWREC, Mount Vernon on July 13, 2023, 10 AM to Noon. Join the fun as the WSU Extension Master Gardener Program marks its 50th year with one of four celebrations happening across the state. Please join in!

This free event in Mount Vernon will feature exhibits from MG programs in Skagit, Snohomish, Island, San Juan, King, and Whatcom counties with helpful information about local gardening. Our WSU partners at NWREC will have an open house.  Demonstrations on fruit tree pruning will occur at the NW Fruit Garden. The MG Discovery Garden and Salal Native Plant Garden will be open with docents.
